Require NGINX config location rewrite for affiliate links

Hi I'm a developer and creator of [login to view URL], an information research, connecting, and stacking application (site).

I need an NGINX experienced I.T. guy who can write a redirect for an addresses in this form:

[login to view URL]{affilate name}/

So it will be rewriting as this address for further processing at the server:

[login to view URL]{affilate name}

From there I can handle it.

Something like this with a way to handle any number of names as the redirect "folder" location:
