Next.js & MongoDB VPS Deployment

I need my billing platform moved to a fresh VPS without downtime. The current service is running a [login to view URL] front-end with a MongoDB database; however, I do not yet have a dump of the database. Your first task is to connect by SSH to the live server, create a clean MongoDB backup, and verify its integrity. Once the backup is safe, you will provision the new VPS, install the required stack (Node, [login to view URL], MongoDB, Nginx or an equivalent reverse proxy, PM2 for process management), and restore the data so the application behaves exactly as it does now. Environment variables and secrets must stay private; I will provide them over an encrypted channel. Deliverables • Verified MongoDB backup from the old server • Deployed [login to view URL] production build running behind a proxy on the new VPS • Restored MongoDB instance with all collections intact • Brief hand-off document outlining the commands used and where services are located Acceptance criteria – Application loads on the new VPS over HTTPS, all routes functional – Billing records match the source server after restore – Systemd/PM2 or equivalent restarts services automatically on reboot I am ready to point the DNS once you confirm everything is working.
