Add Electron to NextJs project

Job Description:
Hi!
I am looking for a NextJs developer with Electron experience. There are 2 steps in this task:
1. Add Electron and write build commands for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
2. Implement a function to download a file and save it to the local file system. And another function to later open it. (UI is ready, just needs a bit of electron code).
Tasks are quite simple if you know what you are doing.
I don't mind using nextron or any other solution if it can do the things mentioned above.
