FortiGate 80F Network Deployment

I need my new FortiGate 80F installed and fully integrated into the existing LAN so that the whole environment benefits from stronger security without sacrificing speed. The key outcome is a balance of protection and performance: traffic must be scanned, filtered, and shaped while keeping latency low for everyday business applications. Configuration requirements • Security posture – enable intrusion-prevention, anti-virus, and web filtering profiles that block known threats and unwanted content. • Internet use control – create policies that (a) block or allow specific websites, (b) throttle bandwidth for heavy-use categories like streaming, and (c) log user activity for later review. • Performance tuning – apply best-practice SD-WAN and bandwidth allocation so legitimate traffic flows smoothly. • Visibility – activate reporting dashboards and automated alerts so I can see what is being blocked and how much bandwidth each policy is saving. Acceptance criteria 1. All user traffic routes through the 80F with no loss of connectivity. 2. Test sites on the block list are unreachable; allowed sites open normally. 3. Bandwidth limits kick in as configured during a speed-test. 4. FortiView shows real-time logs and historical reports. 5. CPU and memory on the appliance stay within normal operating ranges under load. You will receive remote access to the switch core, current network map, and a clean FortiOS 7.x image. Please bring any required scripts or templates so the cut-over can be completed in a single maintenance window.
