The schedule is flexible as long as the job is finished on the agreed day; I issue payment weekly, starting at 25 000 ₽, and increase it for consistently smooth, on-time work. What matters most to me is punctuality—I’d rather reschedule than keep a client waiting—and complete honesty about any delays or technical issues you encounter. Basic hand tools and a smartphone (for the verification photos and tests) are sufficient; I supply the routers and any special fittings. If you already own a simple cable tester or crimping tool, even better, but it isn’t mandatory.
