My firewall is a software firewall as you can see in the picture I'm looking to just change the WAN IP address. This is my server but moved to a different data center. It does not allow me to get into the GUI which ultimately what I would like to do. The very last alternative what I want to do is reset everything to factory default. If I could just get the WAN changed I believe everything else will just fall in sync. So ultimately I would like to things 1 WAN static IP changed 2 access back to the GUI I do have admin password ALso I will teamveiw you on to VH host to get to the box Note to freelance this is not hacking
