Fix Site DNS Resolution

My website has suddenly stopped resolving, and I need someone to correct the DNS and nameserver settings so the domain comes back online. I do have full access to the domain registrar account, and no DNS changes have been made recently, so I suspect something on the current records or nameserver configuration is at fault. What I’m looking for: • Diagnose why the domain is not resolving. • Update or replace the nameserver and DNS records as needed. • Verify propagation and confirm the site loads globally (basic ping / dig checks). • Provide a brief summary of the steps taken so I can reference them in the future. Registrar login credentials and any current zone file details will be shared once we start. Please be comfortable working directly in typical registrar dashboards and with common DNS tools like dig, nslookup, or online propagation checkers.
