Using a Cisco ISR4451-X-SEC/K9 SEC PoE 4 Port Wired Router Security Bundle (with securityk9 and ipbasek9 permanent licenses):
1. Update the 4451 to the latest available cisco iOS available for it.
2. Configure the 4451 to perform the following:
Port 0 is connected to a Cox Gigablast fibre/Ethernet modem operated in bridge mode. Upload and download speeds to the Internet average 500 to 900 Mbps.
Port 1 is connected to a Netgear Nighthawk X10 AD7200 Smart WiFi Router (R9000), then to the rest of a home network, including a DirecTV box.
Port 2 is connected to a Dell R710 server running ESXi, Linux, or Windows server.
Whether the X10 Router is plugged directly into the Gigablast modem, or the 4451 is inserted between the X10 and the Gigablast modem, the home network performs the same. In other words, the 4451 is totally transparent to the X10 and the home network.
Users on the Internet are able to use Windows 10 VPN to VPN into the 4451, and once connected to the 4451, they are able to connect to the R710 server using services including SSH or RDP.
Users on the Internet, whether or not they have a VPN connection, are not able to access Port 1, the X10 or the home network.
The 4451 shall support up to 254 VPN accounts with separate and unique user IDs and passwords which can be easily added and deleted, including adding a single account, deleting a single account, adding in bulk such as through uploading a file and deleting as a group.
3. Provide detailed documentation on how to configure a 4451 which has been set to factory defaults to perform the above. Provide detailed documentation on Windows 10 configuration to make the VPN connection. Provide detailed documentation on adding and deleting VPN accounts.
The 4451 is in place and ready for configuration. Note that all of the above will be tested by the buyer before releasing payment.
