I will redesign and implement a segmented network architecture using the MikroTik RB3011 as the core Layer 3 gateway, replacing the ISP modem (bridge mode). The solution includes VLAN segmentation (802.1Q) for servers, L300 clients, and Wi-Fi networks to eliminate broadcast domain congestion and ARP conflicts. DHCP will be centralized on MikroTik with per-VLAN scopes, optimized lease times, and ARP control. The switch will be configured for VLAN trunking/access (or replaced if unsupported). Wireless networks managed via UniFi Controller will use VLAN-mapped SSIDs, client isolation, and broadcast control to handle high-density usage. Servers running Windows Server 2016 will be hardened with static IPs and ACLs. Result: elimination of IP conflicts, reduced network congestion, and a stable, scalable infrastructure for all lab clients.

Según entiendo, requieren rediseñar y configurar la red del laboratorio, centralizando el DHCP en el MikroTik, eliminando instancias duplicadas, pasando el módem del ISP a modo bridge, implementando VLANs para segmentar el tráfico (servidores, L300, Wi-Fi y administración), ajustando los Access Points UniFi y asegurando la estabilidad general de la red. Este tipo de configuraciones en Mikrotik ya las he realizado para diferentes empresas del sector en donde segmento la red con vlans para diferentes subredes, tales como administrativos, publico, Wifi, cctv, Voip, etc, generando QoS a traves de colas internas entre otros parametros.
