I need my laptop to be used in an EU country, displaying a UK IP address (or showing the same Public IP as if I was using it in the UK) to those who can see where this machine is connected.

I cannot install anything on the actual laptop device but I can use a personal intermediate laptop, switch or other device as a hotspot for the actual laptop(s).
