I would need a system which main topic is to analyse a specific market with given indicators, calculates deviations and creates entry/exit signals. It should also have integrated a money management and risk management module, which should work together with the signalling process - mainly needed for position sizing, dependent on market conditions.

It should be capable of importing historic quotes (one given format - nothing flexible needed) and writing/processing live datastreams into a database (error checking on tickdata too).

There is no knowledge needed in the topic itself, parameters will be given, and a very detailed description for programming will be delivered.

The system is needed in C#. The GUI is not seen as important, much more important are the calculations in the background.
