C# port of bittorrent

This project is to port the official bittorrent client ([url removed, login to view]) to C# using .NET 2.0 . Version to be ported is 5.0.5 located at [url removed, login to view]
The resulting projects must be written entirely in C# using the .NET framework 2.0 . The project output includes three componenets corresponding to the official client: The GUI application, the tracker, and a common library. The client GUI must be a Windows Forms application. All files must be compilable with /clr:safe
Time frame for development is 2 month starting from the award of service.
Funding for this project unfortunatly didn't come through so it's being canceled.
