I need a windows application which can perform the following operations.
1-Create multiple companies with contact details
2-Define document storage structure and link structure to the companies
3-Scan and store these document index them for searching and tag additional information(which should be dynamic. ie, i must be able to create my own tags) and date of expiry of the document is a must.
4- and i need an alerting mechanism which can send me email on a desired format which can be pre-configures and needs some basic functionality of mail merging
this is the basic functionality i need and the system should be user friendly and must contain easy navigation.
