Develop Sharepoint Help Desk System

We are looking to either use the standard Microsoft Help Desk web part and build on that or create a brand new web part that will allow us to do the following from a Sharepoint Server:

1. Accept email tickets into a sharepoint system

2. Log tickets as they come in via phone

3. Track problem groups and action steps

4. Log resolutions

5. Build a knowledge base from the tickets

6. Track time worked on a project by person who worked the problem

7. Escalations based on SLAs chosen at client set up (create emails and SMSs to a list of personnel)

8. Export time reports by person

9. Export monthly reports by client for time worked

10. Export monthly reports by client to Quickbooks (can be phase 2)

11. Integrate with Exchange install

12. Use Public Folder in Exchange to build client list
