ASP.NET (VB) Text Editor Problem

I have a website which reads information from a Database and uses the same page to display the information.
The problem I have is I want the Text editor to read information from the Db then be able to save that page. I already have the page setup and it is showing the PageID from the Database so it is just the Text editor bit that we need altering.
