I have a custom SharePoint list of people with contact information; one column of the list is their home email address (each row of that column has a different email address). While it is easy to generate an email from a workflow OOTB, the address defaults to users' Active Directory account (in my case, the peoples' primary work email address).
I'm looking for someone who can create a workflow to mass email to an email address in a list? I assume that there is some method to concatenate the email addresses of everyone in the 'home email' column together into the "To" box of the email for the workflow, but I am lost in terms of how to do this.
Whatever code is created would have to automatically update whenever a new email addresses is added or an existing email address is changed. In other words, the code would have to pull from the "home email address" column everytime the workflow is activated as email addresses could be added or change since the time that the workflow was created originally.
Thanks for the help! Looking for someone who has extensive SharePoint Designer experience with workflows.
