Facebook login Integration in ASP.net website

I have a daily deal website that is currently in live, developed in ASP.Net and sql server, It already had the Facebook Integration But it is not working. Here are that needs to fix in the website
1. Facebook Integration(already inbuild , but not working)
2. I have tax setup in backend, that allows only to collect the tax for all states are none, instead of all states or none, i need a option in backend to select state, for that particular state only i have to collect, not for all states

4.I have newsletter setup in back end, but i need to have something to send all daily deals email to all the subscribers, so i want to send my website home page in a email that includes all the latest products
5. my home page size is big, need to reduce the home page size then the website load fast in search engine
