I need some additions made to an already established prototype web application. The base is [login to view URL] using C#. All data is served by WebAPI to AngularJS mini-apps. This is the dev site: [login to view URL] Scope of work: - Add Tenant details to the Add Tenancy Page - Only show expenses due soon or overdue instead of all on the Property Details page - Add a Expenses due column on the properties grid (as per placeholders) - Show outstanding rent on property details page (as per placeholders) - Show total income - total expenses on the property details page (as per placeholders) - Registration page for new Landlords - Make login screen remember username and pass - Add annual report similar to the existing monthly report (with year selector) Out of scope: - CSS and styling (standard Bootstrap is used) - Database changes (it is already in place, and any further changes I will do myself) Upon completion there are many more changes and features that will need to be implemented.
