Image cropping in silverlight

Hello Bidders, I have got a requirement, where I need to display a image on Canvas and whenever the mouse enters on image, an overlay rectangle should be drawn initially for 100x100 in the centre of the screen and I when I move mouse pointer on the image, the rectangle should follow the mouse pointer on mouse move. There should be a slider control, which can control the size of rectangle, this also should be implemented on mouse wheel. Also, when left mouse click is done at any point of time, the area covered by rectangle should be cropped and placed on picture box The pictorial explanation is given in attached word file. Things to noted here 1. The rectangle on the image should not move out of canvas (it should be bound to the canvas), and when mouse pointer moves out of screen, the rectangle should disappear. 2. The rectangle drawn on the image, should have crosshair drawn in the centre of the rectangle, and the mouse pointer should be in centre of the rectangle all times. 3. On clicking accept button the image in the picture box should be saved to c: as a PNG file 4. The rectangle should be resized on mouse wheel and slider control Any clarifications please ask. I want individual developers to discuss with and not interested to talk to marketing guys. I need a result driven developer who can show me prototype before awarding project and not the people who can simply give me list of web projects done and interested to show me their portfolios. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE ASK THE DEVELOPERS WHOM I HAVE WORKED OR DEALT PRIOR ARE WELCOME TO BID AS I HAVE TRUST IN THEM FIXED BUDGET: 50 - 80 USD TIME: 3 DAYS IF YOU THINK THIS IS UNDOABLE IN THIS TIME AND BUDGET, PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MINE TOO AS I KNOW, WHAT THIS REQUIREMENT IS WORTH OF.
