Review and Define Scope of Refinements for .NET Site

Budjetti $30-250 USD

I have a site I'm told was built using [url removed, login to view] and Ajax. At about 98% complete, the coder has fallen off the face of the earth. There may or may not be some SQL work necessary on the ancillary databases. I need someone who can review what I have, discuss it with me and estimate a cost to complete. If reasonable, then we can proceed to clean this up and get me working quickly. This is an extremely proprietary site with nothing remotely similar on the web and requires the utmost discretion.
