We want a web base accounting software.
There should be a cash book where the different pepole will give entry.
Now thing is I need multicurrency as there will be local and foreign bank will be involed.
but can be one base currency.
Another thing is The customers are multilevel customer.
Need to describe like this:
Level III Level II and Level I
The company gives the product or amount to the LevelIII and Level III gives to Level II and Level II gives to Level I
The company have more then 1 Level III customers and each LevelIII has more then 1 Level II customer and Level II has more then one Level I customers
Company give product or equvalant fund to the Level III customer Directly. but they recieve fund from Level I customer.
Company Gave Fund of 10,000. to LevelIII A customer and he gave Level II A 2500 and LevelII B 6000.
Now that Level II B gave fund 1000 to Level I A and Level I B and 3500 To Level I C
** Please Note that Level III = LIII and Level II = L II and Level I = LI****
Now LI C is making a payment of 3150 to Company and LI A is paying 700
It means Company recieved total 3850 fund which will be deduct from
LIII A so the company need to recv more 10000-3850= 6150 for LIII A
in the same way the Dues of LI C is 3500-3150= 350 and LI A 1000-700=300 but the Dues of LII B is 6000-(3150+700)=2150.
Regarding Vendore Payment each vendore submite invoice so we update the invoice and we pay part and full some time
There should be a module system so that we can add more module feature or update options.
Our requirements is like
1. Dues of the Levels customers Which will be Unique Name.
2. Total Expenditure.
3. Vendore dues or over payment
4. Cash available in Banks.
5. Monthly expenditure.
