Need A Craigslist Ad Poster

I am looking for a very expirenced craigslist ad poster. Someone who can do up to 50 ads per day without getting them flagged or deleted. Of course there will always be a few. But i can only pay for ads that show up on craigslist and aren't ghosted. So the better you do on the ads the more you will make. I will pay .50 per ad listing. Which is a high price. You must understand how to link to a website, without getting the website name banned from craigslist. I have heard that posting more then 20 ads for the same ip address on your computer will also erase ads. Basically, im looking for someone that knows what they are doing with posting tons of ads.
