n8n WhatsApp Order Automation

I need a set of n8n workflows that sit between my WordPress-based store (WooCommerce) and our logistics provider, so every customer action is acknowledged instantly on WhatsApp with simple, automated messages. When someone places an order, the workflow should pull the order data from WooCommerce, send a confirmation message on WhatsApp, and push the order to the courier API. As soon as the courier returns a tracking ID, the same thread must deliver that number to the customer and keep them updated on status changes. If the customer replies with a keyword that signals cancellation or refund, the flow must validate eligibility, trigger the appropriate WooCommerce status change, and send a confirmation back on WhatsApp. All three capabilities—order confirmation, tracking, and cancellation/refund initiation—must be fully covered. I’m only interested in a no-code/low-code approach built purely in n8n, not a custom plugin. Please rely on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (or another compliant provider) and native WooCommerce / REST endpoints.
