Expert Devops needed to fix a server

Hi,

I need an expert devops to check one WHM server.

Server is becoming unstable. When we restart from WHM then it hangs.

Also every sql is becoming unstable.

Need some one to diagnose all firewall rules, logs and resolve the issue completly.
