I need to help to build a website that would work as a ticketing system. It will use four types of users [member, solver, company, admin] that can log into app.
1) Member raises a ticket / review old tickets / forward solved ticket to the company for review.
2) Solvers are solving tickets out of the app. Can assign ticket (first come, first serve). When it is solved, he/she uploads results (multi-file upload needed). Solvers has also "points of interests" - not all tickets are relevant for them. Default view will hide those unimportant.
3) Company is A) raising tickets in the name of members, B) reviewing solved tickets. Company might have more users (=more valid logins for the same company).
4) Admins do general maintenance (editing users, reseting passwords, re-asigning tickets, ...)
As development follows, some requests might change. At this stage communication between users should be via regular email (out of application). Also payments for solved tickets will be held outside (might change later on)
