We are having a whole sale shop for multigrain(Rice,sugar,tordal etc..,) .. so customers who purchases the items in our shop doesn't pay immediately they take it for credit and pay it in installments and similarly we purchase the items from factories and pay them in installments all these bills should be maintained and will be updated regularly .Apart from this i need sales ,profit ,loss monthly details ..and a super cool dashboard which helps our business improvement

Hey, I really like your idea what you want to achive. So basically there is no straight forward software which supports this features,i even saw the excel snapshot attached. So in order to complete this which approch you want to take. 1.)DO you want only Mobile application which is used in your shop. 2.)You want An application which can be opened in you shops PC. 3.)You need both. I would like to discuss more with you so i can totally understand your requirement.
