Write an Android application

App will be in 2 parts :- A. business owners 1)Ability to register the details(business owners) 2)uploading Picture 3)Google map to show there location 3)Receive quote by user and other business owners in real time and respond to it immediately. 4) Time limitation for them to use app for [login to view URL] i allow them to use till 31/12/2014 then it should start working at there mobile after that date. 5) once there price is approved by user then only be able to chat with user 6)once there deal is done it should be saved on our end too so future reference. [login to view URL] end : 1)registration facility. 2)Go to the desired city and location by typing ( this field should search our database for it) 3) ability to quote price which will reach to business owners immediately. 4)once they approve any price by business owner after that they may be able to see uploaded picture by business owner. 5) once the pic is seen they must be able to pay by debit or credit card. This is the requirement if any thing is skipped over hear we will add more later on but this is the main requirement..need non disclosure agreement done before starting the development and availability of source code too .
