Workflow web system - open to bidding

I need a workflow management system with a stock system built using, html, classic asp and sql server. It will be used mainly over an INTRANET and sometimes over the INTERNET. So design considerations need to be put in here Below is what is needed to be done Database( by u) User interface design ( By Me, i'll provide a template for you to work with,will include everything u need2work with) Coding ( By u) Report design / Dashboard (Interface design done by me and the reporting and dashboard coding u). So the system has 4 access levels 1. Those that key in data (1st Tier of users - Frontdesk officer/ Support Staff) 2. Those that can manipulate data (2nd Tier of users - Technical Staff) 3. Those that can manipulate and confirm data (3rd Tier of users - Admin / Executives) 4. Those that use data via reporting and dashboard to make decisions (3rd Tier of users - Managers) Users can see different things based on their access levels Scenario : Please have in mind the system will be used via INTRANET and INTERNET 1st there is a stock system which does all normal stock operations(stock in, stock out, stock take etc) which is part of the workflow system New or Old Customer brings in laptop or other electronic devices or even to check if their device is ready: Front desk officer collects or checks to see if the device has been brought to the place already through product id, requisition id or name ( what ever unique values can be used). If not available, open a new order to receive the device, different devices can be tied to either a person or a company. The new order is called a job and can be assigned to any Technical staff by Admin / Executive. Once the Front desk officer creates a new order for a new job, the Admin/Executive gets a notification (and email if the server is connected to the internet) After Admin gets notification in-the-app (or email) about a new job order, he/she then assigns it to a Technical staff who in turn gets it via in-app-notification and (email) The technical staff then starts working on the the job and can update the status of the job (in progress, completed etc), if he/she uses any parts, they are deducted from the stock table in the database. Any update made, the Admin / Executive will see notification and emails(if connected to the internet). Then once the Job is updated "completed" by the technical person, the Admin will update as Approved if satisfied with the job,default value will be will be Pending(after he has gone to check the device). Everyone actually sees job status in different views (Front desk person can see, so that when customer comes in to ask and can see a summary text of progress of the job) So based on the above, reports can be customized based on stock,jobs completed, pending and other forms of report Finally data is attached to a dashboard and charts (i will make the template available) which will give Manager a general overview of what is happening in the company based on jobs done,uncompleted jobs, what parts are used, parts left and other reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and date range basis. So even when the Manager is in his room or oversea, he can monitor what is happening Basically, i think that is what i can explain. So i need you to explain Actors in this system and also their functions and what you will be building,reports etc so i know that you understand the project very well. NB: I will provide an admin template which will include almost all you will need to work with - i just attached a sample of how the Dashboard will look like
