I’m building an industrial-grade control panel that runs entirely on an Arduino and drives motors through fully programmed sequences—no manual switches or computer dashboards, just reliable, repeatable automation once the sketch is flashed. Here’s what I need: • An Arduino sketch that steps each motor through the required sequence, including start-up delays, speed changes, direction (when applicable), and safe shut-down logic. • A wiring diagram that shows every connection from the Arduino pins to motor drivers, relays, fuses, and any protection or feedback components you feel are essential for industrial duty. • Parts list with exact component ratings so I can source hardware that withstands continuous operation. • Brief commissioning guide: upload instructions, dip-switch or jumper settings, and tips for troubleshooting on the factory floor. The solution has to tolerate line noise and brownouts typical in an industrial environment, so please factor in opto-isolated inputs, proper grounding, and watchdog or brownout-reset features already available in the Arduino ecosystem. If you rely on specific libraries (AccelStepper, TimerOne, etc.) note the versions so I can replicate your build in the Arduino IDE. I’ll test by running two full production cycles: if all motors complete the programmed sequence without error and restart correctly after a power cycle, the job is done.
