Real Estate Informational Video Edit

I have raw footage and basic talking-head clips from our real-estate team that need to be turned into an engaging, information-driven video. The finished piece should clearly explain current real estate market trends to our audience while matching our brand look and feel. Here’s what I need: smooth editing, colour correction, concise pacing, and on-brand lower thirds, charts, and motion graphics that visualise the stats we provide (price movements, inventory shifts, days-on-market, etc.). Subtle background music and light sound design are welcome where they enhance clarity. Final deliverables • 1 master video, 8- 10 minutes, 1080p (H.264) • Separate versions with and without embedded captions • Project files (Premiere Pro / After Effects) for any future tweaks I’ll supply the raw video, logo assets, colour codes, and the latest data in spreadsheet form. Timetable is flexible but I would like a first draft within a week of you receiving assets.
