Job Title: Long-Term Video Editor (AI + Real Footage | Multi-Category Content) Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor for a long-term collaboration. This is not a one-off project — we are building a consistent content pipeline and need reliable editors who can handle a wide variety of video styles, from AI-generated content to real-life footage. If you are fast, detail-oriented, and understand modern content trends (YouTube, TikTok, Reels), this opportunity is for you. --- Scope of Work: You will be responsible for editing different types of videos across multiple categories, including but not limited to: 1. AI-Generated Content - AI voiceover videos - Faceless YouTube videos - AI storytelling / documentary style - AI-generated visuals integration 2. Social Media Content - TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts - Fast-paced, high-retention edits - Subtitles, hooks, transitions, sound effects 3. YouTube Long-Form Videos - Talking head videos - Educational / documentary style - Cash cow / faceless channels - Commentary videos 4. Commercial & Promotional Content - Ads (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) - Product promos - Brand videos 5. Motion Graphics & Visual Effects - Text animations - Infographics - Basic to advanced motion graphics 6. Podcast & Interview Editing - Multi-camera edits - Audio cleanup - Highlight clips 7. Real-Life Footage Editing - Vlogs - Travel videos - Event content --- Requirements: - Experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar - Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention - Ability to follow references and match editing styles - Fast turnaround time without compromising quality - Good communication and reliability --- Nice to Have: - Experience with AI tools (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.) - Thumbnail design skills - Script understanding for better storytelling --- Project Details: - Long-term collaboration - Consistent weekly work - Flexible workload depending on performance - Paid per project or monthly (to be discussed) --- How to Apply: Please include: 1.
