I’m building a small, Hyderabad-based production pipeline to serve several YouTube channels and local businesses and I need experienced hands who can create short, persuasive live-action advertisements that push viewers to buy. You’ll take each project from concept to final cut: refine the brief with me, plan the shoot, capture clean footage on location, and polish everything in post with tight edits, colour-grading, sound sweetening and light motion graphics where they strengthen the message. Most spots will run 30-60 seconds and must be ready for YouTube pre-roll and social feeds, so a punchy hook in the first few seconds is essential. Because the goal is clear—drive sales—I’m after storytellers who understand calls-to-action, product framing and conversion-focused pacing. If you can also suggest ideas for split-tests or alternate cuts for A/B campaigns, mention it; that insight is gold. All work happens locally, so you should already be in Hyderabad or able to travel within the city for shoots and client meetings. Deliverables for each finished ad • Final 1080p (and, when possible, 4K) master, H.264 and ProRes • Short social-friendly cut-downs (15 s & 6 s bumpers) • Clean project files and raw footage on hand-off Send links to two or three recent live-action ads you’ve shot or edited—ideally ones that moved the sales needle.
