Full-Time YouTube Video Editor (Monthly Salary)

I'm looking for a full-time video editor to join me long-term for my YouTube channel(s). This is a monthly salaried position, not a one-time gig. What you'll do: - Edit and assemble YouTube videos - I provide ALL assets: images, audio, music, voiceover, script/storyboard - Your job is to assemble everything into a polished, engaging video - Add transitions, text overlays, zoom effects, pacing, and basic motion graphics - Export in the correct YouTube format and resolution - Communicate daily via WhatsApp or Slack Requirements: - Reliable high-speed internet - Your own computer capable of video editing - Available 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (flexible schedule) - Able to follow a storyboard/visual brief - Fast turnaround per video You do NOT need to film anything, write scripts, find music, or do voiceover.
