Event Highlights Videographer Needed

I’m looking for a creative videographer who can cover our upcoming event and then turn those shots into a punchy highlight reel built for social media. The focus is on catching the energy of the day—key speeches, crowd reactions, standout details—so viewers feel like they were right there with us. On-site work • Capture steady, well-lit footage of the most memorable moments. • Record clean ambient sound for occasional natural-audio inserts. • Expect to be on location for roughly half a day (final schedule provided once you’re aboard). Editing & delivery • Craft a 60-90 second highlight video optimised for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (vertical 9:16 with safe-crop for square). • Add light colour-grading and tasteful lower thirds or motion graphics where they enhance clarity. • Select royalty-free music that fits the mood and supply proof of licence. • Provide two exports: 1080p H.264 MP4 for immediate upload and a 4K master for archive. • Hand over organised raw footage on a shared drive. Acceptance criteria • Engaging first three seconds that hook the viewer. • Smooth pacing; no single shot lingers past five seconds unless critical. • Final cut delivered within one week of the event and approved on first review.
