If you are using compatible SCORM package, it shouldn't be showing any errors of anomaly. About myself: I have been managing 100+ Moodle sites for Australian colleges/RTOs since 2009. These implementations range from small training organisations to large higher education institutions. Keeping the server and the application up to date is very important for multiple reasons, security being the most important one. To make security patching, upgrading and disaster recovery, we have built an in-house solution to automate the process. With these tools, new installation and upgrading can be completed within 15 minutes. My expertise is in planning and designing eLearning platforms, new system deployment, designing cost-effective data retention/backup and overall administration. Having worked as a teacher/trainer and assessor, I do have a deep understanding of eLearning, distance learning and pedagogy. Another item that is often ignored is a proper data backup and restoration plan. I have seen people panicking when they accidentally delete submitted assignments and sometimes courses too (confused with a similar course of different semesters). We do not have to suffer in such a situation if the solution is designed properly.
