Modeling/Street Car Enthusiast Website Development and Design

We are going to be developing a website with unique features for models / car enthusiasts / racing venues.

I'm fine with this being a reused, copied, cloned, or package system, and would actually perfer that over a totally custom script. I want to see the actual site that you recommend or have already developed that is similar in nature before I grant you the Project if this is what you have to get started with.

I want placeholder graphics to get us started - and may possibly add in the "Graphics Design" is the rest of the Project goes weel. I only want your bid to include placeholder images and text at this time. I will add all of the content (I'm a developer, but don't have the time to setup this site, and need it in less than 30 days from Project reward if at all possible (but I want it RIGHT over FAST)).

We need a user-friendly interface - guests can view minor details, but not all of the site (see [login to view URL] for an example) - users can log in, create a modeling/car enthusiast/venue/gallery account (different sections for each group, configurable by the admins throug the backend), upload photos, descriptions, post jobs and send personal messages to each other. We also need to integrate a payment processor, have different levels of memberships, a forum/message board, a classifieds section, etc. using PayPal with the ability to upgrade code later for CC's.

All coding must be commented through the project (at least the parts I need to be aware of when I start updating the site or modifying the site in the feature and during content migration).

Once this site is developed, you will need to relinquish all rights to every aspect of it. You CANNOT put it on your portfolio, you CANNOT keep the source files, and you CANNOT resell the source files. The winning bidder must sign a non-disclosure agreement. (I get the code for the site, in full, you get the money, no joke).

I want to create a website like these websites with the following funtionality:

For Member Garages (located on azstreetscene), I want a more personal place rather than the forum that they use on that site. More like the personal pages that [login to view URL] has for their users. A copy of that is fine, but the user needs to be able to manage their own page.

I want a Picture voting page that shows results with thumbnails (I will have a 'vote for a model' section and each girl should be able to have their own place on the site as well, maintained by the girls, and the girls can post different pictures (only one per contest) and I will be running multiple contest at once, so the module will have to be all inclusive).

I want different member fees that I can name and manage through the backend (through PayPal or CC)-(CC's to be added in now - but the ability to turn it on and off so I can make money with the site before I start paying the CC merchant fees).

Store/Cart like Zen-Cart is fine - as long as you can move through the entire site without seeing that you are in totally different 'package'.

Affiliate program (banner advertising).

Banner Exchange where the client can pay for more credits.

"Shout out" section where people leave comments on the other user pages, it leaves a linked thumb to the commenters profile, kind of like [login to view URL] or myspace.com.

There will also be portfolio/profile for photographers seeking models or cars for photo shoots. This is what I mean by configurable from the backend so that the admins can easily create new sections for other types of people (other than models, venues, photographers, etc.)

Same type of thing as the models for the Venues section, but they should be different sections all together. when you sign up - you pick what I can configure from the backend (You're a "Model", "Racer", etc....

There should be a search function for who you are looking for like [login to view URL] for all users of the site (based on member ID, Nickname, or Full Name, Browse by location, breast size, type of car they race, etc.). If a non-member performs a search, they get to see a smaller portfolio, without the contact information, , and without detailed viewings of the members photogalleries, to provoke the guest into creating an account.

The ability to create new pages through the backend, with viewing ability by selection of the membership level.

Ability for users to send one another private messages based on their membership level (models can limit who contacts them by selecting (All, Photographers, racers, venues, agencies, etc).

Calendar that each user can setup for their own broadcast - meaning that a venue can post a race schedule, or a model or racer can show where they are going to be next month, etc...

Coinciding with the banner exchange would be places I could sell for Advertising space.

I need only the best designers and the best programmers. I would also like ones that speak English very well and can understand the requirements. The chosen bidder MUST be able to provide daily progress reports with screenshots so I can voice changes or suggestions where necessary. I will expect DAILY updates as well as links to previews every step along the way. Don't bother bidding if you can't meet these requirements.

I would like to keep the cost as low as possible. I'm not bottom fishing for the cheapest developer. Just trying to find the right script for a reasonable price.

I have already purchased Hosting with [login to view URL] (they have a lot of pre-set packages through cpanel, and have sql access), I also have the domain.

IMPORTANT: I've attached a spreadsheet. Review it. I would like each bidder to create a spreadsheet that IN DETAIL lists the options that you can provide for me. I may cut costs by scrubbing the 'nice to haves' out of the project initially. If you do not provide a spreadsheet with your bid - I will take your bid seriously and will DELETE IT. Also, you must have a link to your portfolio so I can review your work. I'm easy to work with - but require attention to detail. If I don't see that you can provide the quality I need - I will not choose you.
