We intend to develop a CRM software and web application that allows business\' such as retail, restaurants, local etc to capture, sustain and convert current and potential customers contact info in exchange for loyalty cards, coupons, and/or other sales promotion methods.
Allowing businesses or stores to request contact info via the app would let them run contact info request campaigns (via the web or in person through iBeacons). One use case of this would be with grocery store chains (especially in the US) who often offer a store card upon checkout that gives a percent discount of the order. In order to obtain this card customers have to fill out a full page of their contact information on the spot, if they could instead be pushed a notification as they enter the store to submit their email, address, and phone number dots to the grocery stores account it would incredibly decrease the time it takes for submission, and will lower the psychological barrier since because they are not writing out letter for letter all of their contact information but rather tapping a few dots and pushing send. This use case could be applied to all sorts of stores through iBeacon push notifications upon entrance and could be used for sweepstakes, discounts etc (as well as at any trade show or convention).
Users will also be able to push any combination of contact data they wish to other users via sending them a text, or directly through the app by either a unique username or PIN. Users can choose which info to send as well as request info from other people on their list via the app. This way, you only share the info relevant to the relationship as opposed to a standard business card which is not flexible.
Customers will have a Coupon, Flyer and Sales Promotions section in the app where, once pushed their details to the pertaining store, the stores name and offers will show up on a weekly or whenever the store pushes out sales material. User will get a notification of this everytime a store pushes new promotional data to them. By pushing their contact info to the store (name, age, address, gender etc) they do so with the incentive of getting great deal offers or a 50% coupon etc.
In the enterprise (store) backend, business\' will be able to aggregate this data in a simple CRM tool. Sorting subscribed customers by age, gender, location etc and choosing which offers to send out to who (or send flyer to all on list, etc). Business\' can then advertise such as \"Push your contact info to \"WALMART101\" and receive 50% off your next order, for example. WALMART101 being their unique enterprise app username. Once customer pushes their info, it automatically gets added and sorted into the database.
