Write an iPhone and android application, same app

I want to create a simple app which can be used by people to tally/add up out of pocket expenses for reimbursement. The app will work by allowing people to take a picture of a receipts and record how much they are owed from the receipt when they take a picture. This data will then be collated into a spreadsheet and when it is time to pay all the user has to do is press a button and all the pictures ( in date order) and spreadsheet get turned into a PDF.
