We need to develop an Android App to control a linux server. The linux server is under development as well and it will feed the Android app with data, therefore we can adapt it to your requirements, if required. The app will be used to control what is called a "smart house ". The list of sections for this app are as follows: - control of electric relays via feed to the linux hub - display temperature sensors feeded by the hub - push notifications - supplying feed to the linux hub depending on the GEO-location of the user's smart phone - a menu for CCTV live preview and history files - a section for a smart phone TV remote. The feed will go to the linux server, which will send the necessary radio signal to the home appliance. - Some other sections which are not listed here are for displaying feeds including graphic feeds from sensors. - Possibility receive Sip call and app pop-up. The app will have different privileges : -Admin with full privileges -Master with privileges assigned by the admin -Master User -Simple users Please send us your suggestions. We have only experience with developing databases for our warehouse and office work this is why we have not indicated any requirement for language and so on. Budget: it is not high, this is because we can provide the source code for the most functions listed above, and some are open sources as well.
