I want an identity verification done in my IOS and Android app

I want a verification process done in my iOS and android app. The application should let users upload their ID and a selfie( facial ). Those should be sent to my admin panel, where administrators can accept the user in the system, or reject, or simply ask to re-upload document if the pictures were not clear.

Admin is coded : Angular Js

Android : Java

IOS : Objective C
