Ubber Like Mobile app and web application with no taxis but people only (Android and IOS)

I am looking to employ an individual for minimum one year employment contract on £300/month
40 hrs/week
contract value will increase to once funding is secured in the second year onward.
The app is like Uber however with no taxies , but people only. a web application is also required to be developed.
We have developed a pre-alpha version using thunkable prototyping tool , therfore we have the specs finalised.
All features and functionalities on Uber
The first milestone is to produce Alpha then support service
Ideally individuals or companies from India who would agree with the rates set out here
Skills required:

you will be working on various ideas and help the business from the technical side
the budget is £300/month , no more , any bid over this amount will be rejected . The contract value will increase once funds are made available
