I need an experienced telemarketer to call through leads that I supply and book timeshare owners to come to a seminar in their area.
We are a timeshare contract cancellation company with real proven results. Our services are 100% guaranteed and we haven't lost a case in the 6 years we've been in business. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and the only real testimonials in the business.
Your job is to follow a script (attached) and act as a 'phone room agent' to book appointments for our over the road teams that travel to cities where the timeshare owner data is the 'freshest.' We receive leads that you would have access to through our database. From that database you would be able to select a clients name (from our leads) and add notes/book appointments. The database is customized to only allow a set number of bookings in each of the time slots allotted. Usually 1:00, 4:00 and 7:00 PM and usually 5-8 bookings allowed in each time slot. Typically we will have two days with that schedule and we will always be in a venue local to where we're marketing. You will be informed of the venue info/address at the time you receive access to the database and leads.
The job is completely commission based. Our road teams will update the manifest live while they're at the seminar so you can login to the database and see your appointments check in as they show up. You will have the opportunity at that point to call any appointments you booked that don't show up and try to rebook them for another time should you choose to do so.
Our company pays $200 for every appointment that shows up and an extra $200 for each that purchases our services. We will supply somewhere between 5,000 and 10,000 leads per area on average.
That means if you only booked 6 tours and 2 of them purchase, you would make $1600. Our teams are very strong and close between 40% - 80% each week.
The next seminar is going to be held on the 28th of February and the 1st of March.
I attached 2 phone scripts. Either can be followed or a variation of the two or even something similar to these. Just make sure they understand they're coming to visit with a representative to learn about their options.
