SWIFT, Optical character recognition to display and save printed text.

Overview: This is an app coded in SWIFT that allows the user to scan a Norwegian language document and extract the text. The user is then able to edit the text before saving the document to persistent data (core data). The home view displays a tableview of all previously scanned documents. [login to view URL] Details: The first view shows a tableview of all previously added documents and a navigation bar with a (+) symbol on the right of the title. The user pushes the (+) and a action sheet opens which allows the user to select the photo/camera option. Selecting this option the user picks whether to take a new photo or choose one from “Photos”. The OCR then detects the text from the photo/camera and displays it in an editable textview. At the top of text view is a close button to the left of the navigation bar title and a save button to the right. Selecting close returns the user to the first view. Selecting save stores the text in core data and disables editing in the view, the close button also turns into a right pointing arrow (return arrow). This view stays open until the user preses the return arrow, which returns the user the the first view with the tableview. The user should now be able to see the document they just added at the top of the table.
