I'm just looking to have a very simple phone app created for personal use:
The app overlays a moveable button/toggle onto the screen, that, when pressed, locks scrolling for the device. More plainly put, swipes do not move or change the screen position/orientation/zoom while the app is active.
Pressing the button again re-enables scrolling.
All other device functionality should remain unchanged.
