Recording Studio Equipment Recall Notes

I need a piece of mobile software to run on iPhone and iPad, which keeps a record of useful notes and pictures for equipment used during the recording/mixing of music. The app should allow the user to: Create project folders these should be categorised and indexed by band name, producer/engineer, project title (ie album title) Inside a project folder should be a "general notes" file (including data on DAW, sample rate, bit depth, studio name, production credits) and users should be able to add songs to a project. In each song there should be a channel list file, outboard and/or mic positioning (equipment) pictures and a notes file. The notes file for each track should include any important information such as tempo (BPM), length, back line (instrument) lists, drum tuning etc as well as having the same fields as the master notes (in case any song has different production information). Key features include: The app needs to be able to use the devices inbuilt camera to take pictures of recording studio equipment and allows the user to crop them, name them and attach them to a particular song in the project and even attach them to a particular channel of the channel list. The app must be able to export projects for back up and storage on popular mediums such as FTP, dropbox or to email. The exported projects files must be in a well-used and recognised format such as jpeg, then word and excel for text and spreadsheet files.
