• Admin Module. Multiple user accessible with module rights. Admin user can assign rights and create user id, no other type of registration possible. • New Patient Register Module: with Unique ID. Doctor can view previous reports, upload new report, order/view Clinical Orders(X-Rays, Scans, etc. (Custom Fields)). Image with fields will be given. • Clinical Orders • Order Tests • Write Prescriptions and print them with clinical orders. • Upload reports/ View previous reports. • Patient Module: Here Doctor can find all patients registered. Can search with options. Can select and view patient data with his/her full history including reports, documents, report images, notes, etc. • LAB Module: where lab user/ admin user will see Clinical orders/ Tests ordered by doctor and upload/ enter reports here against Patient UID. Lab reports entry with custom fields in frontend. Blood test reports with fields (Will be provided). • Web App front page will show patients registered with field labels, sorting and search feature. Doctor can view patient detail and search for patients with PUID or Name. Doctor can view Lab test results, documents(Prescriptions), Clinical Orders, Images of scans, x-rays, etc. Can even upload them through app. Will contain all features as the web app.
