Hello my name is Wander Cedano, I'am CPA working a regular 8-5, however I'am fitness fanatic/enthusiast and have been working on drafting requirements for a nutritional application; I currently have not finalized the name however, we'll call Do You. The Do You application is a health and fitness application that helps individuals track their caloric intake and energy expenditure based on the a modified version of the Katch-Mcardle /other models, maybe considered as a basis. The idea for Do You is to help user develop dietary habits that are sustainable and in-line with your level of activity/movement. In addition, to helping users track their dietary intake and energy expenditure, Do You will help users achieve their goals by providing recommendations/healthier alternatives based on user’s taste buds, food allergies, and general food preferences. The recommendations will be made on a weekly/every 7 days. Do You will highlight positives and areas in need of improvement, in addition will provide meal recommendations based off user input, pinterest, [url removed, login to view], etc. The goals whether increase/decrease in caloric intake will be gradual; striving to achieve the 1-1.5 per week reduction/increase recommended by Doctors. Do You will also have a library of activities; such rockclimbing, weight lifting, walking, running, skiing, dancing, etc. As part of the weekly recommendation, Do You will ask user to provide activity goals for the week/month and develop caloric intake goals based on the responses. (Potential ask: Could we leverage Google Assistant or Siri to have user talk into the phone the meal and portions sizes; connect to google fit or apple fit equivelant).
