Mobile App Development - Referral Map and Directory App (Read Carefully)

This is a repost of the project I had posted earlier so that all project details are communicated clearly. A lot of experience is needed for the successful completion of this project in good time.
Flutter is the preferred framework but the main objective is to have all the project deliverables completed in good time. If you prefer to complete this project using NativeScript, React Native or Ionic, please let me know.
You have to use, one week for development and 5 days for improvements based on feedback. Maximum project time is 15 days (Final project by 15 February for this project to be considered delivered on the time)
Project Summary
• You are expected to develop an app that list services offered in a in a small geographical region.
• You should customize google maps to only display the region where the service is offered.
• List of services should be shown with markers with locations where the services are provided. (see attached map)
• The map should guide users to the service location based on where they are. You can use directions API.
• The app should allow the addition, update and removal of new services. A form is attached for reference. Please do not include the last section of the person signing the form.
• The map should stand out, you can use polylines, polygons to have borders or you can make sure that only that region appears on the map.
• The apps should use Google firebase firestore, authentication, and hosting and should allow anonymous registration in addition to email and password registration.
• Registered users can rate and review services offered by different service providers. They can also update their details.
Project Deliverables
1. Android App (firebase) – Hosted on Google Play
2. IoS app (firebase) – Hosted on App Store
3. Web app (firebase) – Hosted on firebase hosting
4. VueJs or React Dashboard - Hosted on firebase hosting (Free sample. [login to view URL] )
5. Support in getting the app online (Google Play and Playstore)
This means you will develop a simple dashboard in addition to the multiplatform app. Kindly do not bid if this is your first time:
• Integrating Google maps in mobile apps
• Using firebase as the database of the app
• Developing a mobile app
