Mobile App Specification :
Cross Platform (Hybrid) : Android and iOS Supported
Development should be done using visual studio c# or a popular dev platform.
Source code should be provided.
App should be cross Platform - Mobile and IOS supported.
All this below requirement Should go live by Dec end.
Introduction : Mobile App is mainly a Data Entry and communication tool for Support /
Marketing Executives and Not a tool for Managers.
1. App to be used by Support and Marketing Execs who interact with users in field.
Please note Managers, Office Support will not use mobile app. They will use our inbuilt
desktop app to manage their work and interact with execs.
2. Login for Executive -
EmpType = Mktg,Supp,Both.
Mobile number is mapped to Employee ID,Branch,Employee Type,Department and
ManagerID.
3. Show Product RateList -
Accept product,
Period Qtrly, Yearly 2 Years
Display Rate from predefied Table with Tax, Total. Accept disc % on rate and update
rate,tax and total. Price list table is ready
4. Office will setup visit,
Of both client (for Support) and prospect (for Marketing).
Will be saved in Table.
In Mobile App Planned Demo visits should be made visible.
5. App user can
Request prev few days data and future data.
Select an entry and enter his comments.
Provide pics of location, user screen, cheque etc.
Capture location info of mobile and save to DB.
6. App will not interact directly with Spiders DB.
Another secure open source db should be installed on our datacenter servers (Datacenter).
Spider (SIS) DB entry by office will be pushed immediatly to Datacenter db.
Spider Db can periodically fetch info from Datacenter db and update itself. Datacenter db should be
purged regularly after verifying that the entry being purged is already present in SIS db.
7. Store Home location and Office location of each employee in Datacenter db.
Each employee, of all dept should mark their presence at start and end of work day.
This action location should be captured and stored along with time.
Daily attendance report should be generated. branchwise, employeewise, all emps,
dept wise etc. Comparison between marking location v/s home and office location.
8. This work Should get done fast.
Interaction between Spider (SIS) db and Datacenter db will be done by Spider. Rest by
freelance developer.
