Making shopping malls obsolete

I am a retired Navy nuclear engineer that had command of a submarine. I use computers but know nothing about the details of programming, video applications, etc. I am entrepreneurial and think outside the box on a regular basis. I am full time farmer and builder at present. I have an idea for a phone application that would make most brick and mortar stores obsolete. Once perfected it would be marketable to major retailers like Amazon, WalMart, etc. and also to individuals that would want this special ability to shop online. It would use off the shelf technology that is already being used in several realms and would require connecting them to produce a product. I would need to assemble a team of knowledgeable individuals that could provide the construction of the application, test it, and market the product. I will need signed non-disclosure statements from each person who chooses to participate before I can reveal the product details. I am interested in seeing this project succeed with a group of people who will profit share in the result vice be paid up front. For the qualified team members who meet the requirements to produce the product and stay with it until introduction/sales, the ownership dimension would be substantial. Interested?
